Where is the training conducted?

All training programs are conducted at our manufacturing facility located at Tilpat Rd, Dheeraj Nagar, Atmadpur Village, Faridabad, Haryana – 121013. Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation. However, our team can suggest nearby stay options on request.

What is included in the training fee?

The fee covers all training sessions, practical machine access, study material, lunch during training days, and your Smriti Industries Certificate of Completion. It does not include travel or accommodation.

Do I need prior bakery experience to attend?

No prior experience is needed for the beginner programs (Rotary Oven Mastery, Spiral Mixer & Dough Moulder). The Maintenance & Service Training is more suitable for those with basic electrical/mechanical knowledge.

Can I book training for my entire team / staff?

Training bookings on the website are available for individual participants only. For team or staff training requirements, you can contact us directly at +91 97179 88018 for further details and assistance.

When are the next training batches scheduled?

Training batches are announced periodically. Once you submit your booking request, we will notify you about upcoming training programs via email, WhatsApp, or phone call.

Is the certificate recognised / useful?

The certificate is issued by Smriti Industries India Pvt Ltd — a registered company with 20+ years in bakery machinery manufacturing. It demonstrates verified skills in operating and maintaining commercial bakery equipment, useful for employment and business credibility.

What is the cancellation / refund policy?

Bookings can be rescheduled at no extra cost if notified at least 5 days before the training date. All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. Please contact us for any special circumstances.
