Information You Provide Directly
When you use our Contact form, Order/Quote Request form, or Training booking form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, job title or designation, organisation name and address, and the subject and content of your inquiry or message.
Information Collected Automatically
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how visitors use our Website. Through these tools we automatically collect log and usage data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL), device data (device type, operating system, browser), approximate location derived from your IP address (city, region, country), and conversion data linked to advertising campaigns. We do not use Google Analytics Advertising Features such as Remarketing or Demographics and Interests Reporting, and we do not build inferred behavioural profiles about individual visitors.
Information From Payments
When you book and pay for a training program, your payment is processed directly through Razorpay, our third-party payment provider. Razorpay collects and securely handles your card, UPI, or net-banking details on its own platform — we do not receive or store your full payment card or bank account details. Razorpay's handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy, available at razorpay.com/privacy.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as health data, biometric data, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or government identification numbers through our Website.
Our Website features "Smriti AI," a chat assistant that answers general questions about our products, services, and training programs. Smriti AI operates entirely using pre-programmed, rule-based logic running on our own servers. It does not use machine learning, large language models, or any external AI service, and no conversation data is transmitted to any third-party AI provider. Responses are automated and may not always be fully accurate, and they do not constitute a binding quotation or commitment.
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries and provide customer support; prepare and manage quotation and order requests; process and confirm training program bookings; send administrative communications related to your inquiry, order, or booking; evaluate and improve our Website, products, and services; identify usage trends and measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns; comply with applicable legal and tax obligations; and protect our Website and prevent misuse.
